Saulgria

  • 2 cans pineapple chunks in juice
  • 2 cups spiced rum

Strain the pineapple chunks from their juice and soak overnight in spiced rum

  • 4 L Carlo Rossi Sangria Wine
  • 52 oz orange juice, no pulp
  • strained juice from 2 cans pineapple chunks

Strain the pineapple chunks from the spiced rum and add the spiced rum to the wine mixture. Serve the pineapple on the side, don't add to Gloria because they may clog her! 

Pour the ingredients in the order they are listed. Place the cover on and gently roll or shake the keg to mix. Some recipes will slightly settle or separate, so if Gloria is left alone for a day or two, you may want give her a gentle shake shake shake before dispensing. Make sure the tapper is locked or removed before mixing and pressure is brought back down to 7 psi before using.
