Painkiller

• (2) 750 mL dark rum
• (2) 46 oz cans pineapple juice
• 1 quart orange juice
• (2) 15 oz cans cream of coconut, well blended
• 2 Tablespoons nutmeg

Pour the ingredients in the order they are listed. Place the cover on and VIOLENTLY shake the keg to mix, to ensure the cream of coconut is incorporated. Some recipes will slightly settle or separate, so if Gloria is left alone for a day or two, you may want give her a gentle shake shake shake before dispensing. Make sure the tapper is locked or removed before mixing and pressure is brought back down to 7 psi before using.
